{Glam} Black & Blue
I’m having a menswear moment. Tired of denim on denim? Pair your favorite chambray shirt with something other than jeans! For me, I love to tuck in any shirt to create a preppy, Ralph Lauren – esq look. I think it adds a bit of surprise and structure to such a street-oriented outfit. When trying this look don’t just stop at black. Try khaki, leather (rock n’ roll), grey, leggings (if your shirt is long enough), or experiment with a floral print. This style is very Rosie the Riveter, sans bandana and actual physical arm muscle. (Give me a few more weeks at the gym and we’ll see about that one.)
