DON’T FORGET WHERE IT ALL STARTED: EDDIE MURPHY WILL RETURN TO SNL

I am happy to say that 1984 was definitely a good year, I mean come on I was born and Eddie Murphy was a cast member on the sometimes funny Saturday Night Live.

After being absent from the show for 30 years Mr. Murphy will return to SNL for their 40th anniversary special. Upon leaving SNL their was some bad blood smeared for a few years. Murphy was not happy about the show poking fun at his career in their skits. Murphy told News One that he was not happy about a skit that featured David Spade. In the skit David Spade is holding a picture of Eddie Murphy and he says look a falling star. The comedian has since forgiven all involved with the tasteless joke.

Murphy’s career since SNL has been pretty much a success, he has faced a few knock outs and drag out along the way, but overall the man remains a star.
