I Found the Hotel with the Best View of The Colosseum in Rome

Welcome to the Palazzo Manfredi – the luxury hotel in Rome with this view of the one and only Colosseum.

I almost felt like the Colosseum was following me around.

I could see her from the bedroom mirror.

And from the rooftop restaurant.

I had no choice but to have a glass of prosecco with her staring at me.

And then I had some of the most ridiculously delicious, beautifully-plated dishes I had ever had in Rome.

Like this twist on the classic prosciutto and mozzarella.

Or this tuna tartar.

Then I went back to my room to watch the sunset, and there she was again, in all her glory.

And upon leaving the hotel to go explore the city at night, she bid me farewell.

So all jokes aside, this hotel was one that I absolutely did not want to leave. The beds have those crisp white sheets that feel like butter, the bathrooms are sparkling AND feature a view of the Colosseum, and you just can’t beat that view of that iconic monument – everywhere you turn. Which brings me to my last point – the location couldn’t be more perfect.
