Wrapping up a great week

Why hello there Friday, aren't you beautiful? Another busy week in the books, but so much to love!

1. I bought H tickets to see Linkin Park for Christmas, and the concert was last night. Such an amazing show...

2. Having my parents here in town last week was really nice, and an added bonus was all the baking my mom did including strawberry shortcake *from scratch of course*. That crazy woman made everything from the shortbread biscuits to the cream filling from scratch. Of course we also added a little whipped cream, and they were delish!

3. Somebody is missing her grandparents now that they flew back home. She's been sitting outside the guest room door looking forlorn...too cute!

4. My mom was on a Florida citrus kick, and picked up a bunch of oranges and grapefruits from a local grove. Seeing as I love grapefruit juice, but had never tried an actual grapefruit I decided to take a stab at it on Tuesday morning. Sweet and tart and they have great metabolism benefits.. win-win!
