This is from the second day of our mini trip in Monterey, so please excuse the wrinkled shirt as I forgot my steamer. First we had a bomb breakfast at First Awakenings and then we made our way to Ocean View Blvd. I decided to go totally casual because I wanted to be a bit more adventurous and climb the rocks. The thing with Monterey beaches is they are really gorgeous with deep blue water, but they are all so rocky. (And often times cold - though we got lucky and it was a warm sunny day!) So if you ever visit make sure to wear comfy shoes, because exploring the beaches or walking along the pretty trails is one of the most exciting things to do there!
