Just popping in for meal planning for the week.
This week I really needed to rely on Pinerest for planning what’s for dinner this week. Nothing has been sounding good and I just don’t want to do a lot of cooking. This week, I’m feeling back in the groove of meal planning and following through.
Here’s what’s for dinner this week:
Sunday: Salmon w/ Orange Glazed Brussels Sprouts & Butternut Squash
Monday: Kung Pao Chickpeas
Tuesday: Grilled Avocado and Cheese Sandwiches Tomato Broccoli Soup
Wednesday: Make your own pizza night
Thursday: Southwest Spaghetti Squash Casserole – didn’t get to make it last week!
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Chicken and Veggie Peanut Stir-fry over brown rice
