Alterna Bamboo Beach

Newly released from luxury haircare house Alterna is Bamboo Beach—a refined range of four products designed to care for your hair throughout the (hopefully) hotter summer months. All fragranced with a beautifully fresh, tropical summer scent, all bases are covered here: from the Summer Sunshine Spray which, applied to dry and styled hair, controls frizz, protects against UV and stops colour damage from sun exposure, to the Mango Coconut Dry Shampoo, a powdered hair texturiser that banishes oil (a must have for a post-sweaty tube journey) and keeps hair looking fresh. Also in the collection is the Sun Recovery Spray, a leave-in conditioner formulated to bring sun-parched hair straight back to life, and finally Ocean Waves – a texturizing spray for that perfect, stepped-off-the-beach look. It can be applied to damp or dried hair and moulded with fingers alone to create a style even the beachiest of babes would envy. It’s my pick of the bunch—but that might be because I haven’t seen the sun yet!
