The Best Deviled Eggs

My kids love my deviled eggs. Usually I make them with the eggs left over from Easter. This time I turned my ordinary deviled eggs into the Best Deviled Eggs by substituting ordinary eggs with Eggland's Best Eggs.

Ingredients:

1 dozen Eggland's Best Large Eggs
4 T of mayonnaise
2 T of white sugar
1/2 t. of salt
1/2 t. of black pepper
2 t. of dry mustard
2 t. of yellow mustard
A pinch of paprika for garnish

Directions:

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and run cold water over the eggs until they are cool enough to handle.

Peel eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and transfer to a bowl; mash with a fork or pastry blender until yolks resemble powder. Stir in maonnaise, sugar, salt, black pepper, dry mustard and yellow mustard into yolks until smooth.

Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Chill before serving.
