5 weeks on

What has happened? 5 weeks has gone by in a flash. Little Olive is 5 weeks and Ruby turned 3. I take my hat off to all you Mum's out there with more than 2 kids, how do you get anything done? I feel like all I'm doing at the moment is feeding Olive, or trying to get her to sleep. Poor Ruby isn't getting that attention she used to get, although I don't think she's too bothered. She got Barbies for her birthday and is pretty happy with that, and just asks when Dad will be home (Daddies girl that one). I'm slowly getting a routine down and I can get Ruby to Pre-school for 9am, so not too bad.
I have done no sewing or crocheting, everything is gathering dust. I have loads of ideas and want to make something, maybe soon.
Anyway here are a few photo's from the past few weeks.

I tried making some doughnut cakes for Ruby, took some for her friends and made some cup cakes for her Birthday.

She asked for a Barbie cake when she saw one, so who am I to argue. She loved it, although Barbie is way too tall for the cake, so she is on a bowl.

As a time poor new mum again, I cheated and used Betty Crocker icing. I was lucky to get the cake made really, then I made her cup cakes for school.

This is the regular thing now, Ruby kissing Olive at every chance she can get. Very sweet, at least she isn't jealous of her. I think Olive thinks it's just the norm to have her sister in her face all the time, as she doesn't seem too bothered by it.

Well not sure when I will make anything in the near future as the week after Olive was born I got a call from my real estate agent saying we will have to move. Always a lovely call to make to a new mum, but this house is small and we are getting bigger. The thought of packing is terrifying, so is looking for a new place. Although the thought of having more space and rooms is quite exciting. At least they gave us lots of notice.
