The baby room tour

The baby room tour is finally ready to be published and shared also here on the blog, after the publication on Casa Facile magazine {I'm very very proud!}.
The whole process thrilled me since the beginning: the basic idea was to create a playful yet calm and serene space, that evolves and changes according to the child's growth.
I deliberately didn't choose a specific color palette, I have followed my instinct, while keeping faith with my aesthetic: nordic with touches of color. A white base for the walls and the floor, and a mix of delicate colors (like the mint wardrobe) combined with other more strong and sharp, but still neutral respect to the gender.
The intention from the beginning was to create an environment that could appeal to a child, but of course that would follow the mood of the rest of the house, with vintage elements combined with design pieces. The amazing sponsors that joined the project, have been blended with elements that were already present in the house and that I modified to be more suitable for this new space {the list is under the pictures}.

Il tour della baby room è finalmente pronto per essere pubblicato e condiviso anche qui sul blog, dopo la pubblicazione sulla rivista Casa Facile {di cui sono estremamente orgogliosa.. avete visto il video?}.
L'intero processo mi ha entusiasmato fin dall'inizio: l'idea di base era quella di creare uno spazio giocoso ma allo stesso tempo calmo e sereno, che si evolve e cambia seguendo la crescita del bambino.
Non ho volutamente scelto una palette di colori da cui partire, mi sono affidata molto all’istinto, pur mantenendo fede ai miei canoni estetici: nordico con tocchi di colore. Una base bianca per i muri e per il pavimento e un mix di colori più delicati (come per l’armadio menta) accostati ad altri più decisi e di impatto, che fossero comunque neutri rispetto al genere del nascituro.
L’intenzione fin dall’inizio è stata quella di creare un ambiente che potesse piacere ad un bambino, ma ovviamente che seguisse il mood del resto della casa, con elementi vintage accostati ad altri più moderni e di design. Gli incredibili sponsors che hanno aderito al progetto sono stati accostati ad elementi che erano già presenti in casa e che ho modificato per far sì che si adattassero a questo nuovo spazio {la lista è sotto le fotografie}.
Non vedo l'ora di conoscere il vostro parere!
