3 Tips for Easy Mondays

The dreaded start of another work week or even school week.

1. Plan The Day/Night before
Build your to do list. May it be errands, groceries list. Make sure your lunch is packged and everything is in your purse! Also, a huge tip is to plan our outfit too or even a whole week worth. Have your coffe prepped for quick fixing for the morning.

2. Go To Bed On Time
I’m still stuck in a rut from HS of going to bed no later than 12AM. As I’m getting older I’ve become tired at 6 PM, I would make myself stay up all night for nothing. Once in a while I am able to go to bed by 10 PM. Starting the week fully rested will make your Monday run smoothly.

3. Eliminate Distractions
Yes, you know what it is. Your Phone!! Avoid checking all social media and texting. What I like to also do is for iPhone users, is to turn on Night Mode. No more pings and rings and vibrings (I wanted to rhyme so bad)

You don’t want to overwhelm yourself with too much to do on Mondays. It’s best to ease into it and keeping things simple.
