Batiste Dry Shampoo Heavenly Volume

I’ve had a hateful relationship with Batiste. I tried it a few years ago and promptly went off it as the texture and feel of the dry shampoo left my hair feeling pretty sticky and yucky. Ever since it has made me approach dry shampoos with caution (clearly my hair type cannot cope with most of them).

But then something changed. A can of Batiste’s Heavenly Volume Dry Shampoo* landed on my porch and noticing a lightweight formula for it, I figured things may have changed.

I’m glad to report this dry shampoo has taken to my fine locks like a duck to water. It gives my flat roots some much needed volume, isn’t overly scented and my scalp does not feel itchy or sticky.

At £3.99 it’s a bargain and a relief to know that I don’t need to reach for high-end alternatives to serve in between washes. Quite possibly I could become friends with Batiste but only if I stick to Heavenly Volume. If, like me, you have fine hair that gets greasy quite quickly, this one could do the trick.

Batiste Dry Shampoo Heavenly Volume is available from Superdrug and Boots. For more information visit www.batistehair.co.uk.
