Where does the time go?

I had to pinch myself this morning to make sure I wasn't dreaming... In a few days it will be September 2013, the end of the summer is close and autumn will be gracing us very soon. The shops have already started (a few weeks back) stocking their autumn/winter collections and I feel like the past few months have been a daze.

One of the biggest casualties of the past few months has been my blog, my time has been spent working, seeing friends and family and when I do get some time to myself, I find that I an sitting on the sofa catching up on telly (yes I am that lazy) surrounded by lots of tempting food, that doesn't tempt me for long and ends up in my belly. That's not to say that I haven't thought about my blog, there are a number of drafts, where I have had an idea, started but still yet to finish.

So, there it is, out in the open for all to see and it is ok, I am being honest and giving you a heads up that I am still here, just need the kick up the backside to get some motivation going to put down the remote and start blogging.

Two of the Social Media outlets that haven't suffered are my Pinterest and Tumblr accounts, I find myself pinning and posting before I fall asleep, it is my ritual that has also developed into a bad habit. I end up dreaming of amazing homes, fabulous style, endless supply of hair and beauty products, eating so much food, only to wake up and be slightly disappointed.
