Blue Eyeliner is Trending—But Make Sure It's This Shade

Every morning, we're faced with the same dilemma: spend an extra 15 minutes curled up in our warm bed or face the cold bathroom tiles to put some effort into our makeup. Nine times out of ten, we choose the former, and our beauty routine is taking a hit. That is until we discovered the perfect bright pop of blue to get us out of our winter slump.
