Bundling up and looking chic don't always go together, and they don't always need to. I am lucky to be in San Diego where "bundling up" means a jacket or a blanket scarf and a hat. I love this warm JOA skirt sent to me by Le Tote. I imagine if you are in a colder climate pairing it with a turtleneck and tights with boots would be super cute and warm at the same time.
