Week roundup

Last week kinda sucked and this week didn’t start off very great either, but I’m slowly back on track. And I got my purse back! It was found at the club but unfortunately the finder wasn’t exactly honest and all my money and my brand new month ticket are gone (by the way, fuck you, this really isn’t cool, even though it’s my fault for losing it). I also met an old uni friend of mine who is now a mother of beautiful one-year-old twins. It made me realise that I am indeed in my mid-twenties now and it’s an absolutely normal thing for people around me to start families. I might be very far from that right now and I can’t see it change anytime soon but you never know, maybe one day (plus, kids don’t just magically appear and it usually takes two people to make them). I already wrote about our City West adventure on Saturday which turned out to be of the best days in a while – I ended it together with W. at one of our favourite bars on Oranienstraße, drinking tasty but incredibly strong cocktails. Yesterday M., my old flatmate who I lived with for about two years, arrived and he’s staying here for about a week. And just like back in the old days we already spent hours in the kitchen talking about the most random stuff and making fun of the new Top Level Domains (.pizza anyone? I so want that! Not to mention .gay or .rehab!).
