April 11: 1981 to 2013+

Today I've turned 32. Not sure how I feel about saying that number yet, but I feel good :) For a big part of last year, I searched myself and became a stronger woman. I know what I want more than ever, but I feel more willing to compromise on things I thought were best, in exchange for a merge of ideas that makes everything stronger than with just one. I'm trying to slow down and enjoy the day before the next ones already here and listen without interrupting (which I'm bad for) or always having something to say. I'm setting my mind on lovely things more than evaluations and I'm feeling a peace that I've never had. I'm in love, I have the greatest family, best business partner & close friends and Lola's like a sister. I'm dreaming of a new design for my blog and sharing like I used to, going back to school next year, seeing my parents enjoy their new retirement, visiting San Francisco and Bainbridge Island, figuring out who Ted's wife is and seeing Freckled Nest help more and more women tell their story.

I'm feeling blessed :)
