HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LEX! Yes kids, it’s my birthday today!! Lets celebrate by shareing our Weigh ins for the week!!

Weeks loss: 6.4 Pounds

Total loss:19.7

This weeks successes:
I am really so proud of myself this week for just stinking to the plan and eating within my weight watchers points. At the beginning of the week I was really worried about the fruit effecting my weight loss. When your used to tracking everything, you know that fruit does infant have calories including sugar which alarmed me. Halfway through the week I had gained a pound which led me to think that all the fruit was doing me wrong. I consulted some great blogging friends, KTJ and Amy who basically said, “quit being a Whitney bitch”-– well no okay I guess they didn’t say it that way… But they essentially told me to just trust the program.. Give it time to work. I know at times I am high stress about my diet and exercise. I guess in my head I’m thinking, “no point in wasting time doing something if I know it isn’t working”. In my head that’s what I was thinking on Wednesday. I know I know, silly crazy thought. After talking with these blogging besties I realized I need to give myself more credit for the work I’m doing and focus on staying on track.

I was also exceptionally proud of my self at dinner on Friday night. We went to our favorite place, max and erma’s where I ordered tilapia with potatoes and string beans along with a side salad. I’m pretty sure that was the single most healthy meal I’ve ever ordered. Okay maybe that’s a lie but still. It was my sisters birthday so they gave her free cookies and I had enough points to enjoy my cookie and half my breadstick from dinner. With 3 points left over! Woot. That’s assuming that the numbers for these items were correct from the websites I pulled them from at the dinner table.

Saturday I spend the whole day with my amazing sister and family looking for treadmills for her birthday. I packed myself some fruit as a snack and a water to tide me over if it took longer than expected. We ended up going to 5 below, my new favorite store. While she was looking through all the candy she wanted I stumbled upon this sucker

That’s apple cinnamon applesauce to go! I logged it in my weight watchers before I bought it– 0 points!! Score! I thought that would be perfect to stick in your purse as a “just in case” food. It would never go bad and wouldn’t leak! So perfect.

Anyway after dinner she asked me to get frozen yogurt with her. I was a little nervous bc that could be a death trap with all that candy. I told her my plan was to get fresh fruit and 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips(2 points!) It was pretty awesome bc they had ALL the nutritional information on the frozen yogurt itself. I created the lovely masterpiece on the right!

I was so happy for myself and blabbing on and on how it was a healthy choice I didn’t even see the huge slab of ice on the sidewalk. I COMPLETELY wiped out. Like not just a little girly slip on one knee. I’m talking whole body flat on the cement. It was SO embarrassing. Of course my sister must have asked me a thousand times if I was okay. And I was. I have lots of padding! Although I was a little pissed my jeans were now soaked on one side of my body.

Oh and that I lost some chocolate chips. Womp womp.

Things to work on

I’d like to start running more and exercising more. I did get 18 activity points this week for going to the gym three times but I want to get more in. I feel so much better afterwords. Also my sister and brother in law got me a super awesome birthday gift that you’ll be hearing about probably tomorrow(or if you follow me on Instagram you already know– @antoszewskia)

So stay tuned for that business!
