Clean ‘Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte’ Protein Frappuccino

Well well well! I’ve seen it many times on Instagram before, but never tried it myself even though I LOVE the Starbucks version, and here we are! Such a great drink for when you love coffee & pumpkin and want to fill up your protein intake. There are many varieties possible but honestly, this is my first and I think it will be the yummiest I’ll ever made =P (you’ll probably see that line a lot more often hehehe) On to the recipe!

Clean & Paleo ‘Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte

Ingredients

  • 350 ml cooled brewed coffee
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop/30 grams cappuccino or vanilla protein powder (I used this cappuccino version)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (I used fresh)
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice*

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until it's nice and foamy. Pour in a glass and sprinkle some more spice on top for decoration. Lush!

Notes

If you want to have the warm edition, just brew fresh black coffee and leave the ice cubes out!

* For those who make pumpkin pie spice yourself like I do, 1 cup of pumpkin pie spice is made out of:
8 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp allspice
2 tbsp ground cloves
2 tbsp ground nutmeg
