Well well well! I’ve seen it many times on Instagram before, but never tried it myself even though I LOVE the Starbucks version, and here we are! Such a great drink for when you love coffee & pumpkin and want to fill up your protein intake. There are many varieties possible but honestly, this is my first and I think it will be the yummiest I’ll ever made =P (you’ll probably see that line a lot more often hehehe) On to the recipe!

If you want to have the warm edition, just brew fresh black coffee and leave the ice cubes out!
* For those who make pumpkin pie spice yourself like I do, 1 cup of pumpkin pie spice is made out of:
8 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp allspice
2 tbsp ground cloves
2 tbsp ground nutmeg
