Today I’m sharing a cute egg-filled muslin gift bag I made for the little girl that lives next door!

I started out with a plain muslin gift bag, red pigment ink, a black archival ink pad and the lovely Elegant Oval frame, Spring Greetings and the Garden Bunch stamp. Using the red pigment ink pad I stamped the Elegant Oval frame in the center and randomly stamped the Garden Bunch stamp all over the rest of the bag, including the back. Next I stamped the Spring Greetings sentiment in the center of the frame, put in a few candy filled eggs and cinched the bag shut.

A quick note about the stamping, I chose pigment inks to stamp on the fabric since it doesn’t bleed like dye ink would. Also, I heat set the ink by placing a piece of scrap paper and running my craft iron over quickly.
