I was going through old pictures to put up on Instagram as today is #flashbackfriday and came across THIS picture.
I got REALLY depressed afterwards. Still do!!! FML. Looking into the mirror today…. I can only sigh. The difference! My god!
But I still have hope of getting there again. I just have to…….
1) Power-walk for at least 30mins around the neighborhood, every morning.
2) Follow the 15mins abs work-out on YouTube, every morning.
3) Go to the gym to work on legs and arms, every other evening after classes.
4) No rice but eat normally, every meal.
I give myself a break on weekends but I still did my morning walks, without fail.
So, no, it wasn’t easy. It was painful. Now, I’ve gotten lazy but I should be able to get those abs again.. I just need to set my priorities straight.
