Finished Project: Hunter Hat

Back in December 2012 Tin Can Knits had a give away of a free pattern of your choice from their amazing collection. It was a hard decision but I picked out the Hunter pattern and I finally got around to knitting it this past September. I love everything about this hat. It was a fun knit and I especially love the cables.

This hat matches perfectly with the thumbless mitts I knit Connor last spring. And I just love the colour of this yarn, it really brings out his gorgeous blue eyes.

And can I talk about that pom pom? I LOVE it. It's my first pom pom, made with my large Clover pom pom maker and it was so easy. Once I was done I wanted to take out all my yarn and just make pom poms. So fun!
