Makeover Monday

First things first, the winner of last weeks contest is….
Brooke Anne Stacey!
You will LOVE your new shirt:) Just email me with your address and size [email protected]

Secondly, it’s Sunday night and I’m packing…last minute of course and I am absolutely riddled with the anxiety of not wanting to forget anything that has built up over the years and years of ALWAYS forgetting something. Always.

Sooo…I gotta go finish. (I’ll take photos of my makeup packing tomorrow and show you guys my travelling tips)

But first! I wanted to give you a little Makeover Monday sneak peak by way of this beautiful woman:

SideBySide

What I did:
First I primed with a Bobbie Brown Face Base little bit of Benefit PoreFessional and then brushed in Nars Sheer Glow Foundation to even out her skin tone. She has some redness on her neck and chest that she wanted some advice for. I used Sally Hansen Leg Makeup in Fair to even her out there which is a really fun trick but beware, it can rub off on your collar so use some loose powder right around your shirt line.
Next I stipple Brushed on some Tarte Tickled in the apples of her cheeks. I chose that deep berry color because I just knew it would make her blue eyes shine.
For her eyes I used a felt tip black liquid liner on the top hugging the lash line, for some definition. Then I warmed up around the entire eye using a smudge brush and a mixture of Gold and Sable from the Lorac Pro Palette. Also I added a quick highlight on the brow bone with Nude (also in the Lorac Pro) and topped her lashes with Loreal Voluminous. I have found that for lashes that are at all on the dry side my new fav Benefit “they’re Real” is not the way to go since I think it makes the lashes look a little too stiff.
I very subtly contoured her cheeks and around the edges of her face with Bobbi Brown Natural Bronzing powder, which I also used to set her blush and highlighted with (my highlight concealer which I know is annoying since it’s not yet available so I reaaally try to avoid using it but, I just can’t not sometimes. Try Maybelline or Clinique in the meantime.
I lined her lips with Covergirl in Mink and filled them with NYX Mood Lip gloss

Love you all!
