    1. Fitness is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I wake up feeling accomplished from the day before but also determined for the day ahead. Working out is no longer about trying to kill my body, it's a reward for it because I love my body. My chin is up everywhere I go, even if my progress isn't showing, just because I know it's there and I feel proud. Here's to everyone smiling their way through a run, feeling exuberant after every healthy meal, and looking towards the future with a positive mindset. This is the honeymoon phase with fitness, and you love it more than ever..
