ICELAND - PART I
When you tell people you are going on vacation to Iceland the reactions are usually one of these two:
1. "Isn't it like minus whatever there? Why would you want to go anywhere that cold?"
2. "I've always wanted to go there. They say it's really beautiful. Please show me your pictures!"
To answer both questions:
1. Yes. Iceland is pretty cold and wet (even in september). Totally worth it for us, but if you are a sun loving person that is not into nature and empty rough landscapes, Iceland might not be the country for you.
2. Yes. Iceland is incredibly beautiful from what I've seen (I wish we could have seen more) and we'll definitely like to go back there sometime to explore more. This trip was special in so many ways and Iceland will always have a place in our hearts. Here are some of our pictures (more on the way). And one piece of advice: Go to Iceland!
