Window shopping {ModCloth Following Dreams Sweater}

For my third installment of ModCloth’s “Uniquely You” campaign I created this fresh and crisp look inspired by their “Following Dreams” Sweater from the new Bea & Dot line.

As the grass turns brown and leaves drop, we transition into winter. For some of us, that means transitioning our wardrobes too. It can be kind of sad to pack away your summer clothes, yet on a 100 degree day in July, I would welcome autumn’s coolness. It seems like amidst one season we are always longing for the next.

In the winter I dream of spring’s fresh green grass and endless blue skies. In the muddy spring I reminisce about winter’s crisp pure snow. And so the cycle goes.

This look would work for both seasons. The wool coat layered over the Following Dreams Sweater is enough to keep you comfortable in the dead of winter and its fresh green color would be right at home in spring as the new grass emerges from its snowy white tomb.

Swap out the hat for a head scarf, leave the coat at home and throw on some cute canvas shoes without the tights and you’ve a got an ensemble that’s spot on for summer, too!
