Bazaar Bridal Week 2013: Mel Ahyar Couture - The Missing Puzzle

I went to one of many rising Indonesian fashion designer show at Bazaar Bridal Week 2013 that located in Ritz Carlton, Pasific Place, Jakarta two weeks ago. Mel Ahyar is a young fashion designer with her theme is 'The Missing Puzzle' just like finding your perfect soulmate for a perfect wedding with a perfect gown (triple perfect). The details is about 3D flowers appliqué, beads and pearls, sweet embroidery and also have mermaid dress silhouettes with sheer details. I love the fabrics that she used, tulle (as always) and some kind like taffeta wedding or thick satin that reminds me of Valentino somehow, love it! And if you pay attention so much on the last gown, she used a metal plate on the bust details! How cool is that! Feminine, elegant, glamour, and sexy to describe her collection.

Since I was a kid, I always wonder what would my wedding dress looked like, not only the dress but also about the cake, the decorations, invitations, pre-wed shoots, wed-rings and the most important thing is, who will be my groom? LOL. Fairytale wedding or ala Royal Princess wedding is all women's big dream and when I'm at the bazaar I found a lot of cute wedding things that makes me and my friend really want to get married soon.. (LOL just kidding of course).
