Super Summer Skirts Under $50

They say summer arrives in the Pacific Northwest on July 5th. Boy were they right on this year. We have been blessed with beautiful, warm, rare sunny weather here in Portland. When summer hits people flock to local beaches, parks and pools taking advantage of the wonderful weather why they can. Away go the usual NorthFace fleece and ripped jean garb and out come colorful, breezy summer clothes. But, because summer is fleeting here, there is no need to pay a fortune on summer clothes.
