Royal Copenhagen

ROYAL COPENHAGEN. I love the concept of the Royal Copenhagen store in the MOOD Galleria, to combine food and interior design is a concept I absolutely love and support. Their porcelain is absolutely stunning and this is the perfect way for them to showcase their collection by serving the food on their porcelain. This is the perfect place to come to for lunch if you are out shopping with your friends and you want to fuel up with some energy. I had their smoked salmon served on a juicy whole grain bread with a poached egg and asparagus. A perfect and light lunch in my opinion. I sealed the deal with a cup of tea and a little delicious cake. After we were finished with the lunch I had a look at their entire porcelain collection. Johan and I are thinking about starting to collecting porcelain from a certain collection or perhaps we will mix it up. I love porcelain so much, it’s such a huge part of hosting and dining.

ROYAL COPENHAGEN. Jag älskar konceptet som Royal Copenhagen har inne i MOOD Gallerian, att kombinera mat och inredning i ett är ett underbart koncept jag stödjer till fullo. Deras porslin är otroligt vackert och det är perfekt för dom att kunna visa upp det i sitt rätta element med deras mat. Hit går du om du är ute och shoppar med dina vänner och vill fylla på med energi. Jag tog deras varmrökta lax serverat på ett saftigt rågbröd med ett pocherat ägg och sparris. En perfekt lunch i mitt tycke. Avslutade med en kopp te och ett litet bakverk, man kan ju inte bara låta bli när det ser så gott ut. Sedan så botaniserade jag runt lite i butiken och spanade efter lite porslin till mig och Johan. Kanske att man ska börja samla på deras porslin? Jag älskar porslin otroligt mycket så det lär väl sluta med att vi har 10 olika porslinkollektioner, men det är bara roligt, omväxling förnöjer! Vi får se vad vi bestämmer oss för men vackert är det allt.
