My new corner sofa
Here are a couple of shots of my living room sofa I took a while ago (right before it was covered in fluffy toys and super soft baby blankets). We bought this new corner sofa from a local store after our wedding in September and we just can't have enough of it. Really, who can say no to a cushy long seating with a 50" tv screen right against it (hello movie nights and series marathons)? I finally had the chance to hang this amazing bird print by One Must Dash. Love how the lilac hue matches the deep warm grey of the sofa. The donkey pillow is a gift from a Norwegian friend (thanks Christine ;) and the rest of the pillows are hand sewn by my mom (thanks mom!). There is also one from Ikea and a knitted one that used to be a sweater I knitted long ago and never actually wore. On each side of the sofa, I placed floor lamps (both from Ikea) that create pools of light for reading and atmosphere. What do you think? Hope you like it :)
