Favorite Friday: Yoplait Greek Yogurt

It's Friday. Yay! Honestly though in the summer I start to lose track of the days. One of the many bonuses to being a teacher. Anyway, today I was thinking about how I have so many products that I just LOVE and want to share with others. So, I have decided to start my "favorite Friday" series! In this series I will share what my favorite products are in all relms of my life in hopes that my readers (whoever you may be) might find something of use and even a new favorite of your own. Without further ado here is my first product I LOVE!

Awhile back I tried greek yogurt. To be honest I can't even tell you which brand, but what I do know is that I hated it. I really had no intention of ever even eating greek yogurt again. Fast forward 1 year and my post baby body. Now that I'm once again on a journey to lose the baby weight and get back to my happy weight I needed to find healthy snacks. All the better when those snacks have so much protein! I have always been a fan of regular yoplait light yogurt, so I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try their greek yogurt when I saw it at the store recently. I am so glad that I did. I am absolutely in love with their strawberry, vanilla, and strawberry, raspberry, blueberry flavors. They are so good and filling too! Often I add a little granola for an extra crunch, but it really wouldn't be necessary. This is the perfect low calorie option for an afternoon snack. If you are trying to stay on track with just healthy eating or you are working on losing weight like me then this might be a good option for you as well! There you have it, my Friday favorite.
