Focus T25 and Chalean Extreme Hybrid

Alright, so if you are following my blog (instagram, facebook, twitter… you get the idea) then you know I recently started Focus T25 by Shaun T. Oh and you know I am in a love / hate relationship with it too. Anyway, I'm looking long term here and how I can take it to the next level when I complete these 10 weeks. I do however still want to keep my workout time QUICK. That is what I LOVE about T25 (it is only 25 minutes and done). So, I decided to make a hybrid of T25 and Chalean Extreme. It isn't really rocket science and no I don't claim to be anywhere near as knowledgable or cool as Shaun T or Chalene Johnson, but I did use their calendars to create mine! Here you will find a 20 week plan to combine Chalean Extreme and Focus T25 alpha and beta phase (since those are in the base package)! Yep, 20 weeks! If you want to know how the hybrid goes for me I'd love to have you follow along with the journey! I will be switching to that schedule in about 8 weeks or you can just find me on facebook and friend request me. Just shoot me a little message telling me who ya are! I'm always happy to make a new friend. Ok, well it is way past my bedtime and my hubby will be waking me EARLY for my workout.
