Posto, my new go to spot in Hollywood

Since arriving in Hollywood there has been so many places brought to my attention that I need to try.

After dabbling in a few I find myself going back to Posto, a sleek corner spot that opened up less than a month ago by a small team of friendly Venezuelans. It’s a mix of sandwiches and a boutique grocery shop open daily from 10-10, closed on Mondays.

I AM ALL ABOUT POSTO.

My top purchases- the queso feta sandwich on olive bread, stinky French cheese and small production local wines (especially the Humberto Canale Riesling and Monechez Reserva Malbec).

There are a few tables inside the large space as well as a couple on a small outdoor patio.

Service is quick and friendly and there is a nice selection of dry goods that save me a trip to chinatown. Things like coconut milk, rice vinegar, hot sauce, fancy tea and so on.

If you’re in the area and want a quick but tasty lunch I recommend grabbing a bag of sweet potato or yuca chips and a sandwich.

They also have a super impressive fiambrería selection where you can buy by the weight or have a picada of meats and cheeses there or para llevar.

Call in your order at 2067-8882 and they’ll have it ready for when you pop in or opt for delivery.

Stoked to have these guys in the neighborhood.

You can find them at Soler 5502, corner of Humboldt.

Good luck, chicos!
