it's friday and we're giving away some cash

I can't even begin to tell you how ready I was for this week to be over. So glad to have the next two days to sit at home and look forward to Monday.
1. My best friend got married at the beach last weekend. It was sweet and she looked so pretty. Thankfully we were able to make the drive and be there on her special day.
2. The wedding was early in the morning, so we spent the rest of the day on the beach. Alyssa had a blast running around with all of her friends. It was Emily's first trip to the beach and she was so great the whole time. She sat under the umbrella and tried to eat sand like a good girl.
3. For yesterday's Throwback Thursday post, I shared a ton of pictures of my friends and I enjoying summer days to their fullest. If you missed it, you can see it here.
4. Emily officially sits in the grocery cart like a big girl. Usually we put her in her stroller, but when it's just Mommy and Emily we have to stick to just a shopping cart. This was her first time sitting up in the cart and she was so amazed at all the things she could reach from where she was sitting. I was not quite as amused as her.
