It’s Tuesday, so let’s get to a few tidbits. #TuesdayTidbits
1 // I miss the treadmill. My popular 6 HIIT Treadmill Workouts are calling to me.
2 // Last week, my friend Grace came over for our not-frequent-enough homemade dinner dates. The pea pesto and asparagus pizza was totally delish; however, Grace treated us to Dessert Dukkah Raw Chocolate Pudding and, well, it was without a doubt the best thing I ate all week. Holy vegan yumminess.
3 // Stitch Fix – I am considering ordering my first box. I even created a Pinterest Board for a potential stylist, but I am just a wee bit picky (wink wink).
4 // Even though the blog’s new look debuted last week, I have continued to work behind the scenes with both Deluxe Designs and AcceleratedWP (blog hosting). Seriously, I can’t thank them enough for their continued support.
5 // I made Jen’s super simple Peanut Butter Chia Granola last night (during The Bachelor’s season finale commercial breaks); I couldn’t even wait for it to cool completely before adding it to a bowl of Power O’s.
6 // I’ve registered for IIN’s Immersion Program – a 6-month advanced training program only offered to IIN grads. It starts on March 23rd! Time management skills: come out, come out from wherever you are!
7 // Drop Squats are my new favorite exercise move thanks to P. When I’m not feeling burpees, these are the next best thing (or even better!).
Start in a low athletic squat position; drop into a push-up; jump back into the beginning low squat position – repeat. You do not stand up vertically between reps; maintain a low-squat position.
