For today’s post I’m partnering with Style&co. and Hudson’s Bay to get you ready for the Holiday season. It’s a very busy time of year and I wanted to tackle the office to holiday colleague meet-up conundrum some of us might be facing.This switch up is also perfect if you’re having a more formal Christmas lunch and then meeting up with friends in the evening. With a few switch ups we can take basics from office ready to a Yuletide meet up.

I started with basic separates – skirt & turtleneck – and got them office ready with this blazer and a muted lip. It’s easy to mix and match black blazers with black skirts even if they weren’t sold together. Just make sure that the black is the same depth.

Turtlenecks are very popular this season (they’re popular with me every season) and the great thing about this one is you can also wear it with black trousers or your favourite jeans. The key to this piece is how versatile it is.

Going out after work to celebrate with some holiday cheer? I would ditch the blazer and switch out the black work bag for a pop of colour and add a pair of leopard print heels for a bit more fun. Mixing patterns is easy when you’re wearing stripes, pair with polka dots, florals, geometric prints and of course leopard. I find the easiest way to change up make up for myself is to add a bolder or brighter lip (depending on your skin tone). I opted for red as my go to.
