Best Dressed This Week: 10/10/14

There were so many amazing red carpet options this week, we simply couldn’t whittle down a top 10. So, today we bring you the 15 best A-list looks from the past seven days (because, yes, we like to spoil you).

Kicking off the wonderful week in a gorgeous Nicholas Oakwell couture frock was Hilary Swank, choosing a more feminine look than we’re used to seeing from her, with the white embellished strapless dress styled with silver pointed pumps for a modern edge. Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart married her love for all things rock ‘n’ roll with a dress from Chanel couture at the screening of her new film Clouds Of Sils Maria; the black and silver mini was the most comfortable – and stylish – we’ve seen her looking for some time.

Elsewhere, Valentino proved a popular choice this week, with loyal wearer Keira Knightley supporting the luxury brand for both the photocall and premiere of The Imitation Game, before Jena Malone went for a semi-sheer gown from the house on the red carpet for Inherent Vice in New York – we love her edgy makeup and newly dyed red hair that completed her look.

But there was a clear winner for us this week: we just couldn’t tear our eyes away from Emmy Rossum at the LA premiere of You’re Not You. Wearing a simple, yet beautifully cut LBD by Altuzarra, the young star really made an impact with her classic Hollywood styling, with glossy side swept waves and matching cherry red nails and lips for the sexy finishing touches.
