One Room Challenge Time!

I'm thrilled to be participating in the One Room Challenge Linking Event created by Linda from Calling it Home!
In six short weeks, my goal is to transform a little room that is located in my staging warehouse, into a cute office where I can meet clients outside of my home! Woot woot! I can't tell you how excited I feel about having a 'real' office! Since the last ORC Linking Event that I participated in, my business has really been booming (thank you Linda!! I'm so grateful!) and I need a place to store all my tile samples, carpet samples, fabrics (oodles and oodles of fabric!) that I work with every day.
Here's my inspiration and starting point:

Isn't this fabric lovely? It's a vintage Brunschwig & Fils print! A friend of mine recently gave me a few yards of this and I was instantly smitten!
