The only good thing about summer coming to an end is, you guessed it – FOOTBALL SEASON! And you know what that means, we’re back with our Seminole Style Series! I’ve teamed up with my fellow Florida State University alumni bloggers (check out their sites below) for a fun posts throughout the season showing off our garnet and gold style. For the first round, we’ve partnered with Express to kick off the first game of the season. Since I’m no longer close to Tallahassee, I spend my Saturday’s during football season at our local FSU bar – where I can be found scarfing down nachos, drinking too many Bud Lights and yes, screaming my heart out as we make our way to another National Championship. And since we’re still having pretty warm weather here in DC, I love the idea of an easy cotton garnet-colored dress layered with a worn-in chambray. Add on boots (this short girl needs some height in the big bar crowd!) and some gold jewelry and I’m all set! So here we go kids, GO NOLES!
