Daily Style: Shirt Knot and Roll

I like making clothes work for their place in my wardrobe. I like finding new ways to wear old pieces. This linen dress has been a Summer favourite, but it’s roomy and empire cut and sometimes I want a slimmer silhouette. Easy fixed with the shirt knot and roll!

Belts are always an easy option for bringing it all in, so I belted it but I felt like I wanted a little more … something. This shirt had the perfect colours, so I did the knot and roll. This is great for making a dress more skirt-like.

Below is a short, basic video for the shirt knot and roll. This was made so I could play with iMovies, but feel free to watch and then be annoyed that I showed you something so basic :).
