Just in case you haven't seen her incredible work around the blogosphere, Instagram, or Tumblr, I'll gently remind you again: KTR of KTR Style is an incredible fledgling designer that showcases her fabulous and enviable skirts frequently on her fashion blog. One of my closest friends, I've been in eager anticipation for her shop, which opened today, and in celebration, I decided to wear one of her pieces. Circle and skater skirts are currently my favorite skirt shape, and although sadly sold out on her shop, I especially love this fun, bold, and flouncy polka dot skirt.
