I've always thought that short girls like myself couldn't possibly rock maxi skirts, however, my blogger bestie KT of KTR Style (and fellow shortie) has proved me wrong again and again. Maxi skirts, especially those that are more straight, can prove to be elongating and thus, can make you appear taller, which is a wonderful revelation, as I could use all the height I can get! I dressed it down with a simple white crop tee and ankle boots. I love maxi skirts because it feels ultra-feminine, especially in this pink-peach hue. Also, like I said before, I'm not really a bag person, but this lovely Kate Spade one, with its structured shape that's wonderfully proportionate to my body size, has that lovely pop of leopard that'll ultimately elevate any outfit.

TGIF guys! I'm off to the Google campus in Mountain View to have lunch with my cousin. Hope you're all doing something fun today after work and school! xx
