Over the past year I’ve really tried to zone in my personal style. Instead of spending money on trends that I only end up wearing once, I’ve been trying to focus on items that would help maximize the items that I already own. In the winter I’m drawn to much more classic and neutral looks but in the past I have failed to really focus on buying the basics that build up a well curated wardrobe. I tend to make quick buys on statement pieces that just aren’t as realistic. That changes now! In 2015 I am vowing to streamline my style and these basics above are all items that would be major players in my closet. A
classic trench coat that will last forever, a
cashmere turtleneck, a
classic satchel bag in the prettiest grey hue, my
go-to skinny jeans, pretty
ballet flats, the best
white tee, a luscious
cashmere scarf, a
stripe button down, a
dress of all occasions, timeless
black pumps, and a
chic blazer are all items that I want to define and reflect my personal style. Sometimes making the investment is worth everything!
