Mushrooms!!!!

I’ll be the first to admit that mushrooms are not my specialty. I’ve always wanted to take a class and learn some of the basics of mushroom gathering, but never got around to doing it. Then, last fall I ran into a friend of mine (Cameron Meeks) who runs a sterile mushroom tissue lab in my home town of Ashland, Oregon. Cameron is an expert to say the least. We started chatting and he agreed to take me out to hunt for chanterelles. I brought my video camera along on our adventure and put together this short video for all of you healthy foragers who want to know more about mushroom hunting. TA-DA:
