What's For Supper: Menu November 17, 2014

I am using up some leftovers again this week. I have leftover chicken (unseasoned boneless, skinless breasts cooked in my slow cooker), which will be used in the Cobb Salad and in the Fajitas; I also have already-cooked ground beef that I plan to use in the Taco Soup. This week's menu is making me hungry just planning and writing about it.
We are expecting a light snow tonight which will be our first of the season...if it happens (the latest weather is now pushing it back a day.) Next week, the hubby's school will be on fall break, so I have a BIG To-Do list for myself this week to free up time so we can work on some Christmas projects together over Thanksgiving week. I love this time of year...we've done Homemade Christmas gifts for years now, and it makes it much more fun for us....we don't have to walk through stores, going aisle-to-aisle, asking each other "What do you think about (this)?" over and over again. The best part of all...I think those that receive the gifts realize that we thought about them throughout the process! Stay warm and have a blessed week!
