Soft Chewy Banana-Roux Donuts

I’ve had many donuts before, but don’t think I came across one with a banana flavor. Hence why this caught my eyes! Not to mention, the photography and styling is just super. All that white sugar powder… just wanna swoop my finger and take a lick! Again, not sure if I can attempt this recipe… but I thought maybe you can? :)
