Speak Hope {Free Printable}

Last week, I emailed the sweet friends at Hope Spoken to let them know that I wouldn’t be going. It is just too close to my due date. My heart was set on going. I was going to be a small group leader this year and I already had dreams and plans of wonderful friendships, homemade cookies, handwritten scripture cards, and big huge hugs.

It was hard to hand that over and know that He is in control of my next few months.

I like to pretend that I control my schedule and my world. I like to think that He looks at my plans and smiles with Fatherly approval.

In reality, His plans are already in motion. A sweet little baby girl is coming in April, ready to rock my world, whether or not I’ve signed off on the timing.

So, I’m going to miss you. I’m going to miss you if I’ve met you before (or if I haven’t). I’m going to miss standing next to you and singing praise songs. I’m going to miss seeing you in the hallway and asking to get a picture together. I’m going to miss squealing with delight when donuts are delivered at 11pm.

Have a wonderful time and encourage each other, ok? It is a rare thing to stand in a room with women whose hearts are all about to burst with love for Him. Treasure it and soak it in for me, ok?
