Love Yourself- a Handful GIVEAWAY
When I wake up at 4:30 am I’m not the only one awake around here. I usually get some help sleep walking to the workout room with these escorts.
All of my workouts have been going down in the early morning hours this week. I taught classes Monday night and have a spin class to teach tonight also. At home I alternate days when I do just cardio on the elliptical and/or the spin bike and then days when I do some HIIT and resistance/strength training first. I’m trying to mix it up while taking it somewhat easy and building my core and hip strength back up. It’s weird when you’re trying to put yourself on a schedule though rather than have a set schedule with a training plan or a bazillion classes to teach throughout the week. I try to make it exciting by throwing some intervals in there.
I’m sick of packing lunches already and it’s only been a couple of months. That’s not good is it? My most recent one looked a little like this.
Yes, I usually eat at my desk because I try to take advantage of every minute in the day to get things done.
Okay, enough chit chat. Let’s get to the good stuff. Let’s talk about the amazingness of Handful Bras.
Throw back to when I first discovered them almost three years ago.
I wore one of the first ones that was ever sent to me to a wedding under this dress.
My life was changed the first time I wore one of these bras. I really could go on and on about them and how I really think every lady out there needs one, but I won’t babble on too much. I am totally guilty of wearing out sports bras until they pretty much fall apart and I know I’m not the only one out there who is. I was just told that "no bra should see a birthday”. I like that and it’s so true. Old socks are one thing, but old bras, well, we can do better than that friends.
We need to prioritize not only loving ourselves, but taking care of ourselves too. We are all on-the-go daily and could use one less thing to worry about like what bra to wear for what activity. Let’s make life easier by just wearing the same one for all our activities throughout the day.
My most favorite thing about these bras are the pads.
They are way better than any other swimsuit or other bra or tank top pads out there. Even if it’s an off day and I’m not wearing a Handful bra, you better believe I have those pads tucked in my shirt.
