THE PUFFER JACKET

HAPPY FRIDAY 13 with a new #ootd from Dublin

Happy Friday 13 everyone! I got a day with internet so, as you should imagine, I'm really happy and trying to do the most I can online! Sharing some posts with you, schedule what is possible and try to answer the maximum of pendent emails and questions! Today the WEEKEND OF LOVE begins, with the Carnival near, this could be a big weekend to celebrate love on Valentine's Saturday and to Party with Carnival just on the next Tuesday. Do you chose to travel these days?! If I could, you would find me in Venice these next days, how romantic is it to be in a beautiful "Gondola" with your love and have the chance to see the most romantic Carnival, could be a perfect Valentine's Day meeting! Buy me a ticket and take me there please... Right now, with no Venice on my agenda I will spend the love day in Dublin, trying to forget what still puts me down (see here), trying to be strong and enjoy this new city and her lovely places the most! With less then a 1/4 of my closet with me, I've been trying to be the most creative to do different mixes and matches with such few pieces! I only brought 3 pairs of shoes - black high knee boots, black glitter ankle boots and my beloved golden sneakers - presuming that a week after I would start to receive the rest of my shoes and closet from Portugal! The thing is, that even when you try to imagine the worst case there's always something that escapes from you and, only after 3 weeks in Dublin, I could receive a box from Portugal with some few clothes and another pair of black boots and sneakers! With so many kilometres walking my ill foot (see here) started to hurt again and my glitter boots started to be damaged so, I needed to walk often on sneakers! This was the "sneakered" look I chose to dress last Sunday! Sunny & cold, how could I imagine that night my heart would be broken (see here). Picked my new puffer jacket from Sisley, that I've found at a really nice price on sales here in Dublin, perfect to warm you and to keep the rain away ;), my new Irish wool scarf, with layers of clothes in some favourite colors - khaki, military green, navy blue and gold - and a ponytail of my new dark red hair color (I'm definitely more into dark red head shades then light ones) I went out to live another Sunday in Dublin! Hope you enjoy :) ... FELIZ Sexta Feira 13!! Consegui um dia de internet e, como devem imaginar, estou super contente e a tentar fazer o máximo que consigo online! Partilhar alguns posts com vocês, agendar o possível e tentar responder ao máximo de emails e perguntas pendentes! Hoje o FIM DE SEMANA DO AMOR começa, com o Carnaval em seguida, este pode ser um fim de semana dos grandes para celebrar o amor no sábado de São Valentim e festejar o Carnaval já na Terça Feira seguinte. Quem escolheu este fim de semana para viajar?! Se eu podesse, encontravam-me em Veneza nos próximos dias... O romântico que seria um passeio de Gôndola e a oportunidade de ver o Carnaval mais romântico, um encontro de São Valentim perfeito! Comprem-me um bilhete e levem-me para lá... Neste momento, com Veneza fora da minha agenda, vou passar o dia do amor por Dublin, tentar esquecer o que ainda me deixa em baixo (vejam aqui), tentar ser forte e disfrutar ao máximo da cidade e todos os lugares bonitos que tem! Com muito menos de 1/4 do meu closet comigo, tento ser o mais criativa possível para fazer diferentes misturas e combinações com tão poucas peças! Só trouxe 3 pares de sapatos - as botas de cano alto pretas, os botins de glitter pretos e os meus adorados ténis dourados - a achar que passado uma semana iria começar a receber os meus sapatos e o resto do meu closet de Portugal! A questão é que, mesmo que tenham atenção a "todos" os imprevistos, há sempre alguma coisa que escapa e, só passado 3 semanas pude receber uma caixa de Portugal com mais meia dúzia de peças do meu closet, umas botas pretas e uns ténis! A caminhar tantos kilómetros, o meu pé doente (vejam aqui) começou a ressentir-se e dar-me dores de novo, os meus botins de glitter começaram a ficar estragados e daí ter começado a escolher mais os ténis para andar! Este foi o look de ténis que escolhi para vestir o Domingo passado! de Sol lindo & frio, como poderia eu imaginar que nessa noite iria ficar de coração partido (vejam aqui). Peguei no meu casaco novo da Sisley, que encontrei a um preço fantástico nos saldos aqui em Dublin, perfeito para aquecer os dias frios e proteger da chuva :), o meu cachecol novo de lã irlandesa, camadas de roupa em algumas das minhas cores preferidas - khaki, verde tropa, azul marinho e dourado - e, com cabelo preso num novo tom de ruivo mais escuro (definitivamente identifico-me muito mais com ruivos escuros do que mais claros) saí à rua para disfrutar de mais um Domingo em Dublin, o terceiro! Espero que gostem :)
