Boyish (Clean & Minimal): Spring Styling

After so many months bundled up in sweaters, scarves and coats, the spring – summer transition is an absolute pleasure. I’m somewhat in fashion hell right now mind you, with an influx of beautiful and contemporary summer styles for Shop Pyramid flowing through the company’s doors (you can see some behind the scenes from our recent Lookbook shoot on my instagram, with the site launching over the Easter weekend *smiles and clapping*) and my usual summer staples no longer quite fitting over my bump.

In the middle trimester I’ve lived in ‘boyfriend’ styles – these fantastic Nakano denim pants from Studio Nicholson at Shop Pyramid being a current favourite. Cut for a loose fit and created in Studio Nicholson’s ‘borrowed from the boys’ aesthetic, this cropped style is perfect with my new leather Converse trainers.

It’s also worth mentioning my love / hate relationship with hats here (love that they can make an outfit, they can hide the obligatory bad hair days and for spring they give that extra warmth you often need in England ~ hate that often I seem to have far too many curls to fit underneath!) but I have found the perfect Fedora in this style from Christys. It’s also borrowed from the boys, my husband to be exact

How do you style yourself for Spring, Blog Reader?
